• For furniture in stock, it takes 5 business days. If out of stock, it normally takes between 30 and 45 business days, depending on the season.
• Our products are hand-crafted individually according to the specifications of each customer. In case that we have your product ready before the time agreed, we will notify you, and proceed with the delivery.
• We have more than 50 different sofas to choose from and a variety of designs and measures to accommodate different needs and spaces. All items in our catalog can be customized. Customization implies variation in price and delivery time.
• Our leather is a domestic product and it is directly tanned by us in our Puro Cuero tannery facility.
• We offer an in-home repair service for minor problems and a repair service for major damages in our facility. We can repair Puro Cuero as well as non-Puro Cuero products.
• Wooden surfaces are likely to suffer damage when they are in contact with high-temperature objects. We recommend you use placemats and coasters to protect the wood.
• We recommend you apply it at least every three months to protect and hydrate the skin, and by doing so, expand its durability.
• Our MDF chairs can support a maximum weight of 150 static kilos.
• Avoiding direct exposure to the sun, heat from fireplaces, stoves, radiators and other heat sources, and making a good cleaning and maintenance of the leather.

• Our tannery works with cattle skins from different parts of the Colombia.
• Leather is a skin of natural origin that has singular marks which make every single skin a unique product. Scars, marks, and stretch marks are some of them. Due to its pores and its natural origin, leather can adapt to hot or cold climates, which makes it ideal for any conditions. It is a highly-resistant and durable material. It is elastic and it adapts easily.
• Synthetic materials are plastic-based products, PVC or PU (Polyurethane) with a uniform finish, and may have a plastic smell or be odorless. Synthetic materials are not elastic or flexible.
• You should clean and hydrate it regularly. Avoid cleaning it with strong creams or soaps.
• Use only a white, slightly wet cloth.
• We recommend hydrating the leather every three months using a special product according to the type of skin so that it keeps its natural oils, appearance, and touch.

• No, the leather we use for automotive upholstery has very different finishings than the one we use for home furniture. This type of leather meets international standards for automotive upholstery. The appearance is the same but the resistance, stability, and fastening of the finishings are very different.
• No, when we install a leather upholstery, the internal mechanisms of the seats in your vehicle are not affected. We change the original fabric but not the original metal fittings or foam.
